Faye’s Outfit of the day – 波爾多之旅 Vieux Château Certan

很感恩我能夠以我的興趣為我的職業，讓我時常都很投入我的工作，並且時刻對我所做的充滿熱誠。雖然我熱愛我的工作，但同時也很愛我的家人。在我密密麻麻的日程表中，我仍然希望可在工作和家庭中取得一個平衡。和家人到外地旅遊是我最享受的時光。跟家人放幾天假，離開香港，四處走走，享受美食，品嚐美酒，我就能真真正正放鬆下來。

上個月，我和家人在盛產紅酒的波爾多渡過了一個美麗浪漫的旅程。波爾多是生產全球最高級紅酒的地方，我和家人當然不會錯過到這裡酒莊朝聖的機會。在這次法國之旅，我們到訪了我最愛的酒莊之一——Vieux Château Certan。 Vieux Château Certan是波美侯其中一間最古老的酒莊。位於波美侯高原頂，酒莊於1700年代中由Jean Demay de Certain成立，是我們到波爾多必去的酒莊。

I feel blessed and grateful to be able to merge my interest and occupation as one. I always enjoy and have a passion towards my work. Even though I love my job, I adore my family as well. Despite my tight working schedule, I still want to strike a balance between work and family. Traveling abroad with my beloveds is what I treasure and enjoy the most. I can truly relax when I take a few days off with my family, leave Hong Kong to a private getaway, and indulge in gourmet meals and extraordinary wines.

Last month, my family and I all spent a beautiful, romantic vacation in Bordeaux. As wine lovers, we would not miss this opportunity to make a pilgrimage in this gorgeous city that produces the world’s best red wines. In this trip to France, we visited one of my favorite wineries named Vieux Château Certan. Vieux Château Certan is one of the oldest Bordeaux wine properties in Pomerol. Sitting on the top of the Pomerol plateau, the estate founded by Jean Demay de Certain in mid-1700s is a must-go for us in Bordeaux.
